The Baldwin Park animal shelter, which services Altadena, will join with other county animal control facilities in a pet adoption event on Sat., Sept. 29.
Celebrating 75 years of Animal Care & Control, the event offers adoptions for $19.37 (to commemorate the year the department was founded)
The event runs from 10 AM-5 PM. The Baldwin Park animal shelter is at 4275 N. Elton St., Baldwin Park.
