Seniors: have you ever wondered how to navigate the brave new world of Facebook and Skype, or how to download a library book off the internet? How about how to handle an iPad? (It's so easy for the grandchildren!)
MonteCedro and Senior TechRally™, sponsored by AT&T, will help San Gabriel Valley area seniors learn how to be “tech savvy” during two educational, hands-on seminars on October 1 and 2, 2012.
Senior TechRALLY™ experts will educate attendees about smart phones and tablets, texting, apps, video calling, picture sharing, social networking, mobile gaming and much more. Additionally, attendees will be supplied with a Technology Guide to continue to use as a reference. Refresher courses will also be offered to answer questions after the event.
The event will be held at the University Club of Pasadena, 175 N. Oakland Ave., in Pasadena on Mon., Oct. 1, and Tues., Oct. 2, from 10 AM-4 PM.
