Pasadena city officials and the Jackie Robinson Center present Pasadena's 31st annual Black History Parade and Festival February 16, starting with the parade at 10 AM Saturday at Charles White Park, 77 Mountain View St., Altadena, and ending at Robinson Park, 1081 N. Fair Oaks Ave., Pasadena.RAIN OR SHINE.
The festival will be held from noon to 4 p.m.
Special entertainment performance by the "DELFONICS"at the festival.
