"Rashamon" is a classic Japanese film, directed by Akira Kurosawa, where witnesses tell conflicting stories of a crime that may or may not have occurred.
Theater Arts at Caltech (TACIT) will present an outdoor theatrical version of the story in two performances: at Descanso Gardens, in the Under the Oaks Theater on March 23 and 24, and in the garden of the TACIT house, 275 N. Hill Avenue, Pasadena, on April 6 and 7.
All performances are at 2:30 PM. The Descanso Gardens performances are free with garden admission, and Caltech performances have tickets at the door only ($15 general/ $10 student-staff-seniors, $5 Caltech students).
