STARS for Tomorrow benefit: The Lake Avenue Community Foundation will host its third annual "STARS for Tomorrow" benefit on Thurs., April 25. Through its STARS literacy-based tutoring program for elementary and secondary school students, mentoring program, and other activities, the Foundation has been a partner with the Pasadena Unified School District for the past 11 years.
