Forty-four classic vehicles entered to be part of the contest, which is free and open to the public on Mt. Curve Avenue at Farnsworth Park. There are also craft vendors, children's activities, and food available at the famiy-friendly event. The car show runs through 5 PM today.
1. Fred Borquez of Altadena shows off his classic and lovingly-restored 1955 Chevy truck.
2. This 1947 Triumph 1800 roadster, owned by Tom & Marie Leonard of Pasadena, is made in part from repurposed airplane parts because Triumph wanted to get back into production quickly after WWII.
3. Old school Pasadena police car.

5. The classic rockers The Answer will be playing all day.
