Coleen found a dog Wednesday morning at about the corner of Corona and Palm Street. It followed her home, and seems to have a story:
Neighbors in that area say the dog is out on the streets most of the time. It's been found tied to a milk container filled with rocks (?) and tangled/ tied to a fence in church parking lot.
Small, male terrior mix, mostly white with a few tan markings. Dirty, matted fur, no tags or collar.
