Captain Bill Song, a 22-year veteran with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, will assume command of the Crescenta Valley Sheriff Station.
Song's first day as captain of Crescenta Valley will be Sunday, May 5. Song was previously assigned as the Executive Aide to Assistant Sheriff Cecil Rhambo.
“I am very excited to take command of the Crescenta Valley Station and to work alongside all the dedicated personnel at the station to provide quality service to the very supportive communities served by the Crescenta Valley Station,” Song said in a statement.
