The Brandon Jackson Memorial Scholarship Basketball Shoot-out is coming this Saturday, June 22, at John Muir High School, from 8 AM-8 PM.

Bob Pech at Stepping Into The Light Outreach, a ministry of First Prebyterian Church in Altadena, says there's still time to sign up a team or donate at the website, bjscholarship.org.

Stepping Into the Light and Team Pasadena also sponsor a supervised summer basketball program, Harriet Street Court, which begins Tuesday, June 25, from 7-8:30 PM at the church's new basketball court, 2775 Lincoln Avenue at the intersection with Harriet Street.
