Sunday, July 7
12:50 AM – A vehicle burglary occurred in the 900 block of Kent Street. Loss: purse, ID, credit cards.
7:00 AM – A suspect (male/20 years old) was cited/released for possession of illegal fireworks in the area of Lake Avenue/Loma Alta Drive after a citizen reported hearing fireworks in the area.
Between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – Two thefts from automobiles occurred at 24Hr. Fitness, 2180 Lincoln Av. Loss: purses, laptop, digital camera.
7:32 PM – An assault with a deadly weapon occurred in the 2200 block of El Sereno Avenue. Suspects described as (2) male, black, 18-25 yrs. driving an older model white Toyota Camry. Incident was gang-related.
8:45 PM – Deputies arrested a male suspect (34/Altadena) in the 400 block of Figueroa Drive for domestic assault.
11:20 PM – Deputies arrested Margie Washington (42 years old / Altadena) in the 2500 block of Fair Oaks Ave. for public intoxication.
Monday, July 8
Between 1:00 PM and 2:15 PM – A petty theft occurred in the 3000 block of Ridgeview Dr. Loss: iPad.
Between 5:30 AM and 6:30 AM – Two thefts from automobiles occurred at 24Hr. Fitness, 2180 Lincoln Avenue. Loss: purse, stereo.
Tuesday, July 9
1:30 AM – An arson involving a vehicle occurred in the 200 block of W. Harriet Street. Possible suspects described as a male and female, Hispanic driving a dark blue or black Honda Civic 4-dr.
7:00 AM – Altadena detectives served search warrants in Altadena and Pasadena regarding two suspects involved in vehicle burglaries and forgery. Both suspects were arrested and evidence of forgery, burglary, and drug sales was recovered.
Wednesday, July 10
Between 4:30 PM and 9:30 PM (Friday) – A residential burglary occurred in the 1000 block of Morada Pl. Loss: laptop, Playstation.
2:30 PM – Suspect Christopher Calloway (22 years/Pasadena) was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle.
Thursday, July 11
12:58 PM – Deputies arrested Adrian Lara (24 years/ Pasadena) at Windsor/Woodbury Road for possession of a controlled substance.
4:09 PM – Deputies arrested Sami Constantinides (44 years/Altadena) at Casa Grande/Allen Ave. for possession of controlled substance.
Friday, July 12
2:27 AM – A residential burglary occurred in the 2500 block of Crary St. The victims who were home at the time heard some noises coming from the bathroom and observed a black male hoisting himself through the window. The victims yelled at the suspect and he fled the scene. Deputies responded to the area and observed a male matching the description. Further investigation led to the arrest of Dante James, (27 years/ transient) and the recovery of the victim’s stolen property. Dante James is suspected in additional residential burglaries in the area.
2:40 PM – Deputies arrested a male suspect (60 years/Altadena) in the 400 block of El Prieto Road for domestic assault.

Between July 7 and July 12 there were 17 runaway juveniles reported to the Altadena Sheriff Station.
