The Altadena Community Arts Center is seeking artists-vendors in all media for participation in its inaugural Community Art Market (CAM) scheduled for Saturday, October 19th (10 AM – 5 PM) on the beautiful front lawn of Eliot Middle School.
Here’s the perfect opportunity to get your work on display and for sale to art lovers who are just hungering for that perfect piece of art (maybe yours!) to purchase.
This event will be a first for Altadena and promises to get off to a fantastic start as a possibly bi-monthly happening. So, you’ll want to get on board and be a part of the inaugural market opening.
The Community Art Market is looking for artist-vendors who value innovation, creativity and experimentation in fine art and contemporary craft objects and are looking for the right venue to get it out there before the art buying public. Original fine art, jewelry, ceramics, handmade crafts, and textile-art. You have it and the CAM wants itl! And there’s more!
The Community Arts Center will also be celebrating ARTBreak 2013 (same day/same location), an event featuring pop music; cool, school-jazz; hip-hop; drummers; spoken word; dancers; art workshops; demonstrations; exhibits; hands-on creative/take home projects; food; refreshments that promises to provide the art buying public with an ARTful day that’s guaranteed to satisfy their cravings for exceptional, affordable artproduced by exceptional artists.
