PSN’s Adam Poulisse is reporting that Nirmal Kumar, the Pasadena doctor whose request for a banquet hall addition to his planned restaurant was recently shot down by the Altadena Town Council, is now looking for a tenant for that space instead. Kumar is developing a site on the corner of Altadena Drive and Washington Boulevard, and plans to continue with the previously-approved Indian restaurant, but is looking ffor a tenant for the former banquet hall area.
