Best-selling author and columnist Gustavo Arellano (Ask a Mexican) hosts an entertaining tour through the history and culture of Mexican food in the United States at the Altadena Library on Sept. 30.
Arellano's new book, Taco USA, looks at the history of Mexican food in the U.S. with a serving of cultural criticism and personal anecdotes. Arellanno will also sign his books. And yes, there will be snacks, from Mota's Mexican Restaurant.
"An Evening with Gustavo Arellano" starts at 7 PM Monday, Sept. 30, at the Altadena Main Library Community Room, 600 E. Mariposa St.
