Local soap-maker Anne Louise Bannon will lead a workshop at Altadena Library on how to make your own healthy, luxurious, and soothing soaps using all natural ingredients at a program sponsored by the Friends of the Altadena Library. This free event will take place on Saturday, September 21, from 2-4 PM in the Library Community Room.
The first 30 people to arrive will have a hands-on experience and must be 14 years of age or over to handle the soap ingredients. Others will be able to watch and learn. Everyone will receive a packet of recipes and a free sample. Soaps made by Anne Louise will also be available to purchase.
