If you didn't know the holidays were coming soon, you sure did Saturday in Altadena.
The Pasadena Waldorf School's annual Elves' Faire attracts about 4,000 visitors from all over greater Los Angeles. For one day, the wooded campus is transformed into a magic land that seems to combine medieval pagentry with a 1960's hippie sensibility. People of all ages gathered to enjoy the atmosphere and partake of the music, food, entertainment, and games. There was also a chance for all ages to begin their holiday shopping with handcrafted items from the Waldorf students and families.
We have pictures of Saturday's event after the jump.
