Winter school break doesn't mean kids have to lose their edge at school. The Altadena Public Library's sixth annual Winter Reading Program starts Dec. 16 and runs through Jan. 31, 2014.
Kids can check out and read library books, write (or draw) a short review, and then turn in the reviews to win prizes.
