Pets of the week: Dave and Mark

 At the Board of Supervisors meeting, Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich presents “Dave,” a 1-year old Rat Terrier Mix and “Mark,” a 1-year old Chihuahua Mix, a couple of the many pets available for adoption now.
