Assault, vandalism, resisting arrest -- and homicide -- mark this week's Altadena Sheriff's Station crime log, after the jump:
Aug. 2: 2400 block Lincoln Ave: female black adult deceased from gunshot wound.
Aug. 6: Woodbury Rd. and Marengo Ave: female black adult was arrested for resisting and obstructing a peace officer during a traffic stop.
Aug. 7: 2100 block Fair Oaks Ave: male black adult arrested for assaulting male Hispanic with a glass bottle.
Aug. 10: Several vehicles in town were vandalized overnight. No suspects, ongoing investigation.
