A couple of items crossed our virtual desk today:
- Frequent Altadenablog commenter Isaac Garcia, CEO of Pasadena-based tech startup Central Desktop, is quoted in today's USA Today article about small businesses and software-as-a-service (or SaaS). Central Desktop makes collaborative tools for Microsoft Office applications, and is in the forefront of this industry.
- And School Library Journal mentions the Altadena Library's "make-a-poster-of-your-favorite-book" activity as part of Children's Book Week this week.
