The land use committee of the Altadena Town Council will look at placement of a T-Mobile cell tower on the public right of way located at Altadena Drive and Glen Canyon Road, near the President Streets neighborhood.
T-Mobile's proposal is to remove an existing 35 ft. high wooden light pole and replace it with a similar-height concrete light standard with concealed panel antennas. Plans also call for installing an adjoining equipment cabinet on a concrete slab.
The Land Use Committee meets Tues., Oct. 5 at 7 PM at the Altadena Community Center, 730 E. Altadena Dr.
