Ten of the 19 members of TEAM OBA met at the Rose Bowl Saturday morning for their final group run before the big day. Members of TEAM OBA are running in the Long Beach Marathon/Half Marathon on Sun., Oct. 17 to raise funds to support the work that Outward Bound Adventures (OBA) does for urban and at-risk youth. OBA is a Pasadena-based youth organization has been providing meaningful nature-based education that promotes positive self-development, environmental responsibility, and outdoor career exposure for at-risk and urban youth for almost 50 years.
