The Altadena Library District is offering an opportunity to be a volunteer adult literacy tutor. No experience is required, but you need to pre-register for a workshop.
Workshop dates are Feb. 19, April 30, Aug. 27, and Oct. 22, from 9 AM-3 PM at the Altadena Main Library, 600 E. Mariposa St. Workshop topics include learning styles, goal setting lesson planning, and guidelines and tips.
