I saw this mangy guy on my street -- Atchison, about a half-block east of Lake (yes, Pasadena, but just barely!), at 10:45 this morning. The pictures aren't as clear as I'd like but he was a mess.
We've had several sightings of mangy coyotes in the past few months.
