Today, I found this lost dog hiding under my neighbor's car on Colman Street near El Molino Avenue. He is a male chihuahua and is scared and will not come out.
I will have to call Animal Control unless someone claims him. Or, does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get the dog to come out on his own? When I try to get him out he barks and growls at me.
