Danielle and Matthew found a small black and white maybe-Peke with no collar on the corner of Altadena Dr. and Boulder Road and 9 AM this morning. It may be one of a pair:
"My sister found the dog on the corner of Altadena Dr and Boulder Rd with another small dog. She was able to grab the pekingese, but the other dog was elusive."
