A Pasadena man was arrested after a deputies ran a license plate check and discovered he was in a stolen vehicle.
Alexander Carlos, 22, of Pasadena, was arrested Wednesday night on charges of receiving stolen property and driving a vehicle without the owner's consent, according ot Lt. Michael White of the Altadena Sheriff's Station. Carlos was taken to the jail at the Crescenta Valley Sheriff's Station.
According to White, deputies stopped the gray 1997 Honda Civic at the 700 block of East Pine St. after receiving a report on a stolen vehicle at about 10:30 PM Wednesday night.. Two companions in the car with Carlos were released and not charged, White said.
