A couple of assaults this week, and after a short absence we welcome 24 Hour Fitness back to the crime page. Crime blotter provided by the Altadena Sheriff's Station, and all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Sunday, June16
11:00 AM – A theft from an unlocked vehicle was reported in the 1000 block of Mount Curve Avenue. Loss: Wallet, flashlight, knife.
5:37 PM – An assault occurred in the 200 block of W. Harriet Street. Suspects described as six male Hispanics, 18-25 years, driving a gray SUV; possibly Ford Expedition. Suspect vehicle last seen eastbound on Harriet St.
Wednesday, June 19
Between 12:00 AM and 9:00 AM – A vehicle vandalism occurred in the 1300 block of Terra Alta Avenue. Pasadena. The vehicle’s paint was intentionally scratched (“keyed”).
2:30 PM – Suspect Aubrey Franklin (male/24 years old/Altadena) was arrested in the 2200 block of Casitas Avenue for felon in possession of a firearm and parole violation after detectives conducted a parole check of his residence.
Thursday, June 20
Between 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM – A petty theft occurred at Brake Masters, 2095 N. Lake Avenue. Loss: (1) gallon of gas.
10:00 AM – A petty theft occurred in the 800 block of E. Sacramento Street. Loss: metal gate, sliding door, window screens.
12:00 PM – Altadena detectives authored a search warrant and subsequently arrested Suspect Flanigan Walker (male/31 years old/Los Angeles) for burglary and Identity theft after property stolen in a local burglary was linked to him.
9:55 PM – Suspect Eduardo Garcia (male/37 years old) was arrested at Crosby/Olive Ave. for being under the influence of drugs. Deputies contacted him after observing him walking in the middle of the street westbound on Crosby St.
